The Grand Concert body shape from Taylor is suitable for fingerstyle as well as light strumming. The 3.5 mil thin finish ensures optimised vibration behaviour. The guitar’s rosewood back and sides lend it its powerful bass and brilliance in the treble, with a slight emphasis on the upper-mids. Taylor’s own active ES2 dynamic piezo system with bass, middle and treble controls is used as the pickup.
